- Please allow at least 24 hours for any cancellations or changes or you will be subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
48 hours for packages and weekend appointment times.
- Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time so that proper paper work can be completed.
- Arrivals 15 minutes late or more may require rescheduling so we may serve all clients properly.
- You will need to hold all appointments with a credit card.· To ensure safety and a relaxing experience for all, there are no children under 12 allowed in the spa area.
- Please refrain from cell phone use so that everybody can fully relax and enjoy their experience.
- Gratuity is not included in our service prices, however, graciously accepted. 15-20% is customary.
- Gift Certificates and products are non-refundable.
