Yolanda C. Holmes, MD, F.A.A.D. has been serving the Washington D.C. community since December 2003 specializing in medical dermatology, dermatologic surgery & cosmetic dermatology.

Dr. Holmes has been in private practice for 5 years. Prior to completing her residency, she did research in both medical and cosmetic dermatology. She is a Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology and a member of the Washington DC Dermatological Society and the Medical Society of DC.  She is on the attending staff of Howard University Hospital and the Washington Hospital Center.  Dr. Holmes is involved in community service by participating in health fairs, volunteering for community service events and being a mentor both formally and informally to area high school students. Dr. Holmes has attended Radiance University in Scottsdale, Arizona and brings her expertise and professionalism to the Radiance Medspa DC Team.

Julia Liss, NP

Lead Clinician

Julia Liss is a Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner with 9 years of clinical experience in various specialties: Surgery, Primary Care, Infertility and Aesthetic Medicine. Julia graduated Summa Cum Laude from New York University with a Master of Science in Advanced Practice Nursing. Her commitment to providing personalized treatment, quality medical care, knowledge of medical-grade skin care products, and experience in treatment of skin conditions make her well-suited for the role of Lead Clinician at Radiance Medspa DC. Julia is certified in Botox, Dermal Fillers, IPL Laser, Laser Hair Removal, Sclerotherapy, Microdermabrasion, & Velashape. Julia’s dedication to providing quality services and results to our clients makes her a great asset to the Radiance Medspa DC team.

Nurse Practitioner (NP) — an advanced practice nurse with a master’s degree in nursing. Nurse practitioners function as independent primary health care providers addressing the full range of patient's/client's health problems and needs within an area of specialization. NPs perform examinations & procedures, order diagnostic tests and medications as well as educate patients/clients.

Angela Elliott
Angela Elliott is an experienced clinical esthetician specializing in customized skin-care therapies for medical and non-medical skin conditions.  She holds a degree in Health Education and Public Health.  Angela has been an advocate and an educator to women for health and wellness issues for more than 20 years.  Following her passion for the beauty and wellness industry, Angela has blended the two careers.  She continued her advance medical esthetic courses and studied with The Rayner Institute for Career Advancement and the Institute of Derm Med in Atlanta, GA.  Angela has received certification in the following specialties:

Candice Conaway, Spa Director

Candice has been the acting Spa Director at Radiance DC since November 2007. She has seen Radiance Medspa DC through from the ground up. Drawing from a 15 year background in Real Estate and Property Management, Candice’s customer relations and marketing experience lends her the expertise in client care and business management. As Spa Director, she is responsible for managing operations, growing service and retail offerings and implementing business strategies and developments at Radiance DC. Her business management experience and passion for fitness, skincare, and wellness made her and Radiance a natural paring. Candice believes that medical spa services are not just for celebrities anymore. The retailing of medical aesthetics is new to the masses and Radiance Medspa DC is here to provide clinical clarity, expertise and non- surgical treatment options for the many new services and medical grade cosmeceuticals on the market today.
